Porting Your Numbers to PJL Telecom

Porting moves your existing phone numbers from your current carrier to PJL Telecom. We handle the whole process.

What we need from you

• Your most recent bill from your current carrier
• Your port-out PIN, if your carrier uses one
• A short form we send you once the port starts, with the remaining details

How long it takes

A port takes at least about four business days and can take up to two weeks, depending on your current carrier. Anywhere in that window, we can schedule the switch for a time that suits you.

Important: keep your old service until the port is done

Don't cancel your current service until we confirm the port is complete. Cancelling early can lose the numbers. We'll reach out if we need anything else or run into an issue with the port.
